It is a Radeon r5 m430. But unfortunately it does not
have a video decoder. But I also have an integrated
Intel HD 620 GPU, it's a kabylake and It had a video
encoder and video decoder. I have already discussed
about this with Alex Deuscher and he said that I will be
fine with Intel HD 620 and I can carry on with the
project.</div>

Yeah, that should indeed work from the hardware side.<br>

But it could be a problem for mentoring you since we are obviously
interested in improving the VA-API state tracker for AMD hardware.<br>
