I think for some of my colleagues might be different, but I've been using SCons almost exclusively for a very long time, so autotools removal doesn't affect me. autotools could never become "the build the system to rule them all", in Mesa-land, due to the lack of Windows, but there's at least hope Meson might one day become it. For the time where SCons is still around, I wonder if there's value in keeping Makefile.sources, or we should just fold them into SConscripts? Because they add complexity to SCons which now makes little point, unless there's some way to share source file lists between SCons and Meson? </blockquote><div> </div><div>As long as we're carrying both Android and SCons, having Makefile.sources remains useful. </div></div></div>
