Thanks for letting us know. No concerns for my part FWIW, though my <br>
involvement on Mesa has been minimal lately. I think for some of my <br>
colleagues might be different, but I've been using SCons almost <br>
exclusively for a very long time, so autotools removal doesn't affect me.<br>

autotools could never become "the build the system to rule them all", in <br>
Mesa-land, due to the lack of Windows, but there's at least hope Meson <br>
might one day become it.<br>

For the time where SCons is still around, I wonder if there's value in <br>
keeping Makefile.sources, or we should just fold them into SConscripts? <br>
Because they add complexity to SCons which now makes little point, <br>
