<pre>What LLVM version are you using and what CPU do you have? I'm unable to
reproduce this on current 19.0 branch
(8ab2fc8c963955818d6cbc1db47b76d9bffb9eb6) using LLVM 7, loading times seem as
expected to me with the disk cache cleared (on an i7 6700, a couple of minutes
to load Soviet Installation, which has the most pipelines of all levels in the
game).</pre>
