vulkaninfo reports 2 devices which means you likely have two drivers installed.
Can you first clean up your install to make sure the number of reported devices
is 1 (ie. Device Count = 1).
Also, can you try to remove the shaders cache (ie. rm -rf
~/.cache/mesa_shader_cache) ?
Btw, I played this game few hours on my Polaris10 with the same graphics
settings and it didn't hang. :/</pre>
