[Mesa-maintainers] Deprecating --enable-gallium-llvm over --enable-llvm

Hi all,

In light of recent 'fun' experiences with LLVM in Mesa we're leaning
towards deprecating --enable-gallium-llvm with Mesa 17.1 series.
Reasoning can be seen in the patch [1] with the whole series serving
as explicit example of why things are fragile [2]

Old toggle should still work, but you'll be advised to move to
--enable-llvm with 17.1.
Please let me know [here or in reply to the original patch] if you
have any comments or concerns.
