That would be the top commit commit from dec 22 , 2016 ?

Archlinux libglvnd package uses the feb 9 2017 
commit/4ba5345742d6c98b528ac28fb7127006d2cc3f75 .

You could try contacting Lord Heavy aka Laurent Carlier , the Arch Linux 
developer who took care of the change for AL.
