[Mesa-stable] Missing commits in 9.2 branch

Hi

Would someone please cherry-pick the following commits to 9.2, they are all
already in both master and 9.1. I've listed them below in the same order they
appear in master, with their commit ids from master.

dd379725 get-pick-list.sh: Include commits mentionining "CC: mesa-stable..." in pick lis
c6f30361 get-pick-list: Allow for non-whitespace between "CC:" and "mesa-stable"
964b89e4 docs: Import 9.1.6 release notes, add news item.
7f2f6340 docs: Add md5sums to 9.1.6 release notes
7eaaf624 docs: Fix a typo in the 9.1.6 release notes
38903db4 docs: Add md5sums to 9.1.5 release notes
