[Mesa-stable] Unreviewed patches marked for stable

There are a number of patches marked for stable that don't appear to
have any reviews.  Most of these patches cover areas that I'm not
qualified to review, so I don't really feel comfortable cherry-picking
them over.  Can I get anyone other than the patch authors to vouch for
any of these?
