Nice catch. I'll update my patch to include this case. What do you think
about following two cases?
case 1:
in vec4 gl_FragCoord;
layout(origin_upper_left, pixel_center_integer) in vec4 gl_FragCoord;

AMD produces no compilation error. This patch matches the behavior.

case 2:
layout(origin_upper_left, pixel_center_integer) in vec4 gl_FragCoord;
in vec4 gl_FragCoord;

AMD produces compilation error. This patch matches the behavior.
