[Mesa-stable] Please include 6611f6504 (st/dri: don't set PIPE_BIND_SCANOUT for MSAA surfaces)

Please include the following commit in stable. It fixes an assertion
in mesa when used in conjunction with a DRI3-enabled DDX.
