There was some internal discussion about this. How about following 
solution, mapi_abi.py would calculate amount of entries required by 
grepping Khronos gl.xml like this: grep "proto" gl.xml | wc -l, this 
gives the total amount of possible function dispatch entries, 3117. Then 
we would subtract the amount of static entries which would leave total 
amount of possible dynamic entries?
