I understand your point. I just find it awkward that Mesa 12.0 requires 
(unreleased) LLVM 3.9 for OpenGL 4.2/4.3 on radeonsi, and at the time of 
the release Mesa will not compile against latest git snapshot of LLVM 
(if one enables Clover at least). On the other hand, LLVM/Clang API in 
git version can change even while Mesa source tarballs are being 
uploaded to FTP...

Let's just leave it out then.
