I've applied all those patches for next 18.2 release.
The last one didn't apply cleanly, so I've resolved the conflicts. You can check
the fixed commit at
https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/mesa/mesa/commit/644f1941eccab4ef20810f7562771d59d4871932
Take a look to verify it is correct.
