[Mesa-stable] Branch tested for 17.3.6

Hi Emil,

I've tested the minimal set of patches that are expected to resolve i965
GPU hangs currently impacting users on Mesa 17.3.5:

341a5d58f03 * i965: Stop disabling aux during texture preparation
460fc831569 * i965/draw: Set NEW_AUX_STATE when draw aux changes
f57e54878df * i965: Replace draw_aux_buffer_disabled with draw_aux_usage
24dd507e738 * i965: Don't try to disable render aux buffers for compute
f5bfcc79cf3 * i965/draw: Do resolves properly for textures used by TXF
72e95942871 * i965: Don't disable CCS for RT dependencies when dispatching compute.

These commits have been applied on top of 17.3.5 here:

Please take a look at the branch and let us know if you see any issues
with the patches.

Barring any issues that you see, please release 17.3.6 with these fixes
as soon as possible.
