[Mesa-stable] Nominating a553c54abf92533daf442073dd3408c35f57d8ba for the stable branches

The following commit fixes 4.3 drivers to expose all the supported
GLSL versions.
There's a bugreport associated with it, although there's no failing
apps mentioned.
