[Mesa-stable] Haiku patches and buildlog for Mesa 19.x

Hello,

I'd like to upstream these Haiku patches to Mesa master.

This fixes the build problem when natively compiling Mesa 19.1.7 and higher
on Haiku - as of today.

I've provided my build log as well.

We only received these errors from the libGL.so module.

~> GLInfo
runtime_loader: Static TLS model is not supported.
runtime_loader: /boot/system/lib/libGL.so: Troubles handling dynamic section
