That would be "texture from pixmap", an extension to more rapidly move pixel
data from a pixmap to a texture in the compositor.  The operations will be
slower
without it.

The message may be output incorrectly.  I found this mutter check-in on 7/30
that
fixes the message being reported when "GLX TFP" is actually being used.
