[Mesa-users] SCons and libGLESv1_CM.dll...

What is the scons equivalent to this page?: http://mesa3d.org/opengles.html

I'm using the "mesa-7.9" git tag.

I tried this:
scons debug=no machine=x86 platform=windows statetrackers=egl
drivers=softpipe winsys=gdi

...but only got egl_gallium.dll, libEGL.dll, graw.dll, and (oddly)
libOpenVG.dll.

What scons line do I need to build libGLESv1_CM.dll on win32?
