[Mesa-users] GL_EXT_texture_format_BGRA8888

Someone contributed a patch to enable the infrastructure for this 
extension a few days ago.  I replied with some edits.  I'm waiting on 
new patches.  Then, the r300/r600 driver maintainers can implement the 
feature in those drivers.
