[Mesa-users] What's the current status of profiling OpenGL ES applications on Mesa?

Hello,

Currently, the application apitrace cannot profile OpenGL ES
applications very well at all on Mesa systems because Mesa does not
expose the GL_ARB_timer_query (or GL_EXT_timer_query) and
GL_ARB_occlusion_query extensions aren't supported. Yet, for the same
platform they are supported with OpenGL mode. I don't get this. How is
this possible? Is there some problems that would make supporting this
on OpenGL ES difficult? What's the current status of profiling OpenGL
ES applications on Mesa?
