[Mesa-users] Installing MesaLib, GLUT and demos

I want to install f90gl which requires glut.  I have downloaded  and
unpacked Mesa-7.5.1. MesaGLUT-7.5 (which unpacks into Mesa-7.5) and
mesa-demos-8.3.0

I can configure, make and install the MesaLib, but cant figure out how to
have all the packages (including GLUT and demos) install,

I want to
(a) be able to run the demos

(b) end up with a file glutf90.h   somewhere
