[Mesa-users] Mesa build issue on Windows

Hi,

I am trying to build a Windows version of Mesa using LLVM 3.8 and Mesa 17.1.3.  I am encountering the missing LLVMipa.lib issue mentioned in this thread...

Is there a workaround or fix for the issue?  From the thread it appeared that the problem has been fixed.
