[Mesa-users] how to get OpenGL 2.1 back to 945G?

I have old intel cpu

Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Duo CPU     E4600  @ 2.40GHz

it was working great but after updating my distro (parabola a libre
arch) i saw an article in phoronix that opengl 1.4 will be default in
older intel cpu like my cpu it works great with some application like
openarena and 0ad and it was work when opengl 2.1 was default with
worsow(openGL 2.x game) and after more updates (mesa 17.1.2) even opengl
1.x games not working properly i got very low framerate in openarena
less than 5 fps and before intel developers change thier mind i was
getting 90 fps in openarena.

how can i fix the problem?.
