[Mesa-users] Compiling MESA 3D on Windows

Hello, users of Mesa 3D!

I would like to know: how can I make Mesa 3D work on Windows? The
official website points to compilation, but there are not enough details
about how to proceed. I'm not familiar with Python, and never compiled
anything on Windows, only on Linux.

Can someone please point me to more detailed information, or instruct me
step-by-step?
