[Mesa-users] llvmpipe regression in supported shading language version

I recently upgraded a redhat linux machine which changed the version of mesa from 18.0.5 to 18.3.4. glxinfo is showing that at the same time the "OpenGL shading language version string" changed from 1.30 to 1.20. Is this intended? I couldn't find any mention in the release notes.
