[Mesa-users] MESA Vulkan drivers are incomplete

I am a rather new vulkan developer, I don't have vulkan drivers by Intel on
my windows machine, I really love vulkan. I really appreciate MESA having
drivers for my outdated hardware. I have an Intel HD Graphics 4000 GPU.
Each time I start my vulkan applications, I receive a warning that states
"Ivy Bridge Vulkan support is incomplete". I have not really encountered
any noticeable issues with my drivers. Can you guys tell me the reason it
is incomplete, what exactly is incomplete/not working, will it ever be
completed? I digged through your source code, found where you print the
message:
