kmscube cause kernel to hang

Hello all,

I am trying to get the kmscube app to work on a Beaglebone Black board
(ARMV7) with a standard debian 12 installation. The problem is it
completely locks up the kernel, no kernel panic, no messages on the
console, heartbeat leds stops blinking.

I have downloaded the mesa 24.0.3 source code and compiled a debug
version and if I remove the call to
variant->jit_function[RAST_EDGE_TEST] in
lp_rast_shade_quads_mask_sample it runs fine although the rendering is
ofcourse not right.

Any Ideas what the problem might be?
