Mesa compilation failed with freedreno gallium driver

Hi Mesa team,
I am trying to compile mesa with zink, freedreno gallium driver.

I am able to successfully compile mesa.sln using below command and generate
libgallium_wsl.dll, opengl32.dll, libglapi.dll
*meson setup builddir/ -Dbuildtype=release -Dgallium-drivers=zink*

But build fails when I try to build with freedreno
*meson setup builddir/ -Dbuildtype=release -Dgallium-drivers=zink,freedreno*
Backend setup : vs 2022

Could you please help me out with how to resolve the error ?
