<pre class="moz-quote-pre" wrap="">Hello all.
I'm trying to get my Haswell GPU to support OpenGL 4.5 with current
Mesa. lspci says the following:
Intel Corporation Xeon E3-1200 v3/4th Gen Core Processor Integrated
Graphics Controller (rev 06)
I've installed current Mesa git, but I still get only OpenGL 3.3. From glxinfo:
OpenGL core profile version string: 3.3 (Core Profile) Mesa
19.1.0-devel (git-0de83bacf0)
OpenGL renderer string: Mesa DRI Intel(R) Haswell Desktop x86/MMX/SSE2
Here's my configure command:
./configure --enable-autotools --prefix=/opt/Xorg --sysconfdir=/etc
--enable-gles1 --enable-gles2 --enable-osmesa --enable-xa --enable-gbm
--enable-glx-tls --with-egl-platforms=drm,x11
--with-gallium-drivers=nouveau,svga,swrast
What am I missing? Does support for latest version of OpenGL require
some recent kernel? I'm currently on an old Linux 3.12.18.
Thanks,
Ruslan
