<p dir="ltr">You're right, all dri1 drivers were removed in mesa 8.0 <a href="https://docs.mesa3d.org/relnotes/8.0.html#changes">https://docs.mesa3d.org/relnotes/8.0.html#changes</a> but that's 12 years before Linux kernel removed them ...<br>
I'll check the git logs between 7 and 8.</p>

DRI1 support was dropped around Mesa 8.0 IIRC, so I’d imagine 3DLabs kit fell by the wayside around that point.
