It's still in git master, and we didn't do a new release from git master
yet. So you can either wait for a MM 1.2 or grab git master and compile
it yourself :)

Regarding MM 1.2, we can probably make it once we have the 3GPP2
messaging merged, as that is the only big thing waiting.
