problems with huawei E3372 alias Telekom Speedstick V

Hi,
I have problem to get a connection with that device. The device seems to
switch to the correct mode:

Modemmanager recognizes it and it seems to be to be connected. But it isn't.
Unfortunately I have no recent Modemmanager at my test-notebook, so I will
present the logfile later.
In Windows I have seen, that it uses AT-commands, ndisconn instead of ndisdup,
but If I try it manually it doesn't work too.
