There's a list here:

But the list doesn't explicitly say whether e.g. GPS is supported.
Currently we support GPS in Option/HSO modems and all QMI-based
modems.

One good modem supporting all 2G/3G/LTE/GPS is e.g. the Sierra
Wireless MC7710, but that's a mini-PCI module, not sure if that is
what you're looking for.
