Cannot subscribe to ModemManager-devel

I have 3 hardware variants from different mini PCIe vendors,  all the
same Cinterion chip.  1 works fine the other 2 get this error.  Unfortuntely
chinese new year means there is no one around at the vendor end.

The working card is just using PPP for now with MM 0.7.990 and MM 1.2.
The other two register but then give one of these errors in the last steps
when connecting.
