Ports refactor branch merged

Hey,

I just got the 'aleksander/ports-refactor-and-tests' merged to git
master. This branch included a refactoring of the port objects (e.g.
to have their methods GIO-Async like), and also allowed to have
non-serial AT ports included.

Along with this non-serial AT port feature, the branch also included
the 'modem simulation' setup, in which we can run unit tests fully
simulating a modem, and running a private MM instance in a temporary
DBus session.
