I didn't push the libmbim change because I'd like to explicitly tag a
version with all api breaks that we find. I know people picking git
master of both libmbim and ModemManager for packages (e.g. Arch/AUR),
and then we would end up having a libmbim 1.7 which may or may not
compile with MM git master...

The idea is to keep a branch in libmbim with all api breaks, and once
Ben gets bored of looking for more ;) we'll just tag a libmbim 1.7.1
with all the changes, bump version requirement in MM, and add a patch
in mm-1-2 with MBIM_CHECK_VERSION (1,7,1) to handle both the stable
libmbim and the new one.
