Doesn't matter what decision will be made one day regarding the translation or 
not-translation or the kind of markup of the UI strings in mmcli. FWIW, find 
the German translation of the current 14 strings attached.

In general, to get more languages translated, Modem Manager should be 
available in a i18n system such as Transifex, GNU Translation Project, or 
anything similar. Otherwise possible translators will found the project only 
by accidence.
