German translation

Hi all,

some days ago I already sent a German translation, but nobody had noticed it. 
Here it is again, the file attached. Would be nice to ship it with the next 
release of ModemManager. Don't forget to add "de" to po/LINGUAS.

BTW, to get more localized versions, it would be nice to have a module at 
Transifex, Translationproject.org, whatever. In the current state translators 
will found this only by accidence.
