This device does not appear to be in
the /lib/udev/rules.d/77-mm-ericsson-mbm.rules file.  This device was
only added upstream on Feb 11 2014, so yeah, it's a pretty new addition.
Add this line to the bottom of that file:

# Lenovo N5321gw
ATTRS{idVendor}=="0bdb", ATTRS{idProduct}=="193e", ENV{ID_MM_ERICSSON_MBM}="1"

and reboot, and lets see what happens.  The ttyACMx devices exposed by
this modem should be handled by the 'Ericsson MBM' plugin.
