LTE IPv6 at one touch L100V

Hi,

is somebody on the list with the combination:

modem alcatel one touch L100V (1bbb:011e)

and an isp with IPv4/IPv6(dualstack) with lte?

My problem is: The modem works fine in 

IPv4-only (umts/lte),
IPv6-only (umts), 
IPv4/IPv6(DS) (umts)

but it doesn't work in IPv4/IPv6(DS) via lte.

The configuration seems to be nice, but IPv4 is broken, while IPv6 works. 

(other devices work in all combinations, so the isp is not the problem)

Can anybody confirm this problem?
