Huawei ME909u-521: unable to get GPS data

Has anyone experience with this LTE card? "GSM" stuff is working, but
I can't get GPS, i.e. if I issue "AT^WPDGP" like shown here

I get NMEA data on /dev/ttyUSB3, but it's empty even after several
minutes:

I'm using active GPS antenna on the middle connector (G). The same
constellation worked on MC7304.
