problems with huawei E3372 alias Telekom Speedstick V

OK, thanks for the warning and all the testing so far.  I am worried
that I might have broken somthing subtle with all my changes for 3.16.
But I have no clue where to start looking, and as usual I don't see the
problem with any of my modems...

Just one last question to make sure that I didn't misunderstand: You
have other devices using the huawei_cdc_ncm driver and these work fine
with 3.17 as well?
