[PATCH 2/2] Provide mechansim to disable PIN2 on QMI modems

The Sierra Wireless MC7354 reports PIN2 via QMI but does not support PIN2,
use ID_MM_IGNORE_PIN2 to avoid displaying bogus PIN errors for PIN2.
