Btw, is it possible to make the -m parameter optional if there is only
one modem?

I currently work around my suspend/resume problems by undbinding and
binding the usb device. Afterwards, the modem reappears in mmcli with a
new index, which makes it pretty hard to start a simple-connect command
in an automated way. So I'd really like it if mmcli would always pick
the first modem if (there is only one and) you didn't specify an index.
