Question about resetting ModemManager SIM data.

The only way to do that at the moment is to fully reboot the modem
with a reset, so that it's power-cycled itself and MM will re-detect
it with the new SIM. If the modem supported hotswap SIM indications,
we could do something else automatically, but not without those.
