Huawei E3372h-153 on Linux - it's working!

Hello,

I just want to confirm that your fix

> echo 6000 > /sys/class/net/wwan0/cdc_ncm/tx_max
> echo 0 > /sys/class/net/wwan0/cdc_ncm/min_tx_pkt

made my Huawei 3372s-153 able to connect to the 4G network. Without it, wwan0 remained silent and the dhcp client timed out.

E3372s-153 firmware version: 21.297.05.00.00
