I made already a test. But despite the situation is better, it is not good.

The K5160 works, as wanted, for the first connection, after disconnect and 
connect again the behaviour is strange. 

The K5150 has problems. The bearer information about ipv6 is not reported, 
dhcp (slaac?) works sometimes sometimes not.

When IPv6 is available, the first ping takes 10000ms. I don't know why. Ping 
uses the mac-based Ipv6-address not the ip assigned by bearer information.

To be sure, that the modem are ok in general, I borrowed yesterday a win10-
Notebook. 

Both modems work in mbim-mode with dualstack with only configuring the apn-
name.
Also ping and speed (50MBit/s to windows update servers) were ok.

I will provide the logfiles later.
