ANN: ModemManager 1.5.991 (1.6-rc2) released

Hey hey,

This 1.5.991 is the second release candidate version towards 1.6.0,
tagged as 1.6-rc2.

The changes w.r.t. the previous rc1 aren't many:
 * upower removed as supported backend for suspend/resume support.
 * several build fixes with different compilers.
 * fixed an assertion which was happening more often than I assumed,
which is the main reason why this second rc is out so early:
