Hi Aleksander,

using CID=1 for this purpose seems to be quite common for Qualcomm
firmwares. From the mobiles with a Qualcomm chipset available to me
only the Huawei ME909u uses a different value (CID=16).

You should be able to see which CID the mobile uses to handle the
default EPS bearer from the output of the AT+CGACT? command after the
mobile has registered to a LTE network.
