Remove deprecated band symbols from core and plugins

Hey,

The following patches update the core and plugins to avoid using the deprecated band symbols.

Where appropriate, also new frequencies are enabled. Worth noting that the QMI implementation lacks a lot of the new frequency bands defined e.g. for LTE, but that's part of a follow up set of patches, as libqmi updates are also required.
